Where we deliver
We deliver across all areas of Qatar. Selected international destinations are also available at checkout.
Delivery times
- Ready-stock items (in Doha): 1–3 business days.
- Imported items: 7–15 business days, shipped to Qatar from our partner warehouses.
- Express: available at checkout for ready-stock items.
Delays can happen during holidays, sales periods or customs checks — we will keep you updated.
Delivery charges (Qatar)
- Standard delivery: 20 QAR
- Free standard delivery on orders of 200 QAR or more
- Express delivery: 50 QAR
Order confirmation
Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, especially Cash on Delivery orders. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.
Failed delivery
If our courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be cancelled. Please keep your phone available on the delivery day.
